To achieve these aims, we have established and will maintain a Quality Assurance System meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. This quality manual is supported by detailed procedures, work instructions and other relevant documentation to form a working set of documents.
Compliance with this quality policy is mandatory for all personnel employed by Metaplas and encouragement is given for each employee to develop and maintain and attitude of continued quality improvement within their area or activity.
The engineering supervisor has been delegated with the responsibility for the implementation of the contents of the quality system, and he will represent the company in all matters that relate to Quality Assurance.
